Love is Dangerous

Oh Lovelings, love is so dangerous.  It can be amazing at times and heart wrenching at others.  The most dangerous love of all is the loyal love.  The love that doesn't disappear with a new partner or new situation.  When the "new" approaches all you can think about is the loyalty of your love for another.  It divides the new and persist to the loyal love.  Happiness isn't in the idea of love or the idea of being in a relationship, but it is in the idea of you and the loyal lover.

You know you have a case of loyal love when it takes years to overcome. If you ever do so.  Loyal love is the kind of love that our grandparents have for each other. It withstands the test of time.  There is nothing anyone can say or do to push the love away.  If faced with this type of love and it is unrequited you are able to move past it and move on with new relationships, but that love will always have your heart.  It becomes your secret.

You wake up in the middle of the night crying and yearning for that person's touch.  The dreams will give the illusion of them being there for you, but reality brings the tears to find that they are not.

The love I have is loyal love.  And it is unrequited also.  I am in search of the "moving on".  Life and the universe keeps asking me to hold on and hang in, but I am so tired and weary.  I need a sign.  I received one... But time is still of the essence.

Where do I go from here?

What should I do?

How do I move on?
