CHRIS BROWN RECEIVES HIS SENTENCE TODAY, AUG. 25TH. 2009
Chris Brown was sentenced to 5yrs probation and 180 days of community service, one-year of a domestic violence program and to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna, unless they are both attending an entertainment industry function, when the restriction would be lowered to 10 yards. If he violates any term of his probation he could serve time behind bars.

Wow.. Umm, this is a hard one. I mean he really beat the hell out of her. I would say the punishment is fair according to the fact that domestic violence rarely even gets this much punishment. I would've wanted a little jail time for him, but he will definitely be dealing with the consequences for a long time, so I suppose it's a justified sentence.
